Your business deserves more than a template

Your business deserves more than the template four hundred other venues are running. Every site is designed from scratch, built to load fast on a phone at the bar, and wired to the one action that matters — a table booked, a reservation made, a lead captured.

The difference

What the template
is costing you

Every business on a theme is paying for it somewhere — in speed, in bookings, or in looking exactly like the competition. Here is where it shows up.

How it looks

The same layout as four hundred other venues on the same theme.

Designed from your room, your menu, your work. Nothing reused.

On a phone

Desktop design squeezed down. Text you have to pinch to read.

Drawn for the phone first — that's where 80% of the traffic is.

Speed

Six plugins, a slider and a cookie banner before anything paints.

Static pages and compressed images. It's up before they blink.

The one action

A contact form at the bottom of a page nobody scrolls.

Table booked, reservation made, lead captured — wired end to end.

When it changes

A theme update breaks the layout and nobody knows why.

You update the content. I own the build and the deploy.

Who owns it

The platform. Stop paying and the site disappears.

You do. Domain in your name, files handed over, no lock-in.

Five industries, five builds

Don’t take my
word for it

Most studios show you a picture of a website. These are five working sites — different brands, different type, different colour, built the way yours would be. Open one and use it.

LUMEN

Rooftop & Lounge · Brickell, Miami · Built as Premium Dynamic

A venue moves faster than most websites can keep up with. This one puts the calendar, the lineups and the table minimums on one screen, so nobody has to DM the venue to find out what is happening Friday — and the VIP request lands in an inbox instead of a comment thread.

  • Event calendar with lineups and ticket links
  • VIP table request with party size and minimum
  • Gallery pulled from the last few nights
  • Door policy, hours and dress code up front

Most restaurant menus online are a PDF from 2019 that opens sideways. This one is a real page: the QR on the table card lands on it, it reads on a phone in low light, and a seasonal change is an edit instead of a reprint.

  • Digital menu by course, built for the table QR
  • Reservation request with party size and time
  • Dish and room photography that sells the check average
  • Hours, parking, private events and the map

Agents hand their leads to the portals because the portal owns the search and the agent only owns a bio. This one puts filterable listings, a verifiable record and a capture form on the agent's own domain — so the enquiry arrives with a name on it.

  • Listings filterable by neighborhood, beds and price
  • Detail cards with the numbers buyers ask for first
  • Agent record, credentials and client reviews
  • Lead capture routed straight to the agent

KAYO

DJ & Producer · Miami, FL · Built as Landing Page

A press kit should be a link, not a 12 MB PDF a booker has to download on airport wifi. The numbers, the rooms played and the music sit in one scroll, the media kit is still there to download, and the booking form is at the bottom of the same page.

  • Live stats, residencies and the rooms played
  • Sets and releases with an inline player
  • Press photos and a downloadable media kit
  • Booking form with date, city and budget

Iron & Oak

Barber Co. · Wynwood, Miami · Built as Landing Page

A local shop lives on the phone, and every missed call is a chair sitting empty. This one takes the booking without one: pick the service, pick the barber, pick the time. The reviews and the before-and-after do the convincing on the way down.

  • Service menu with real prices and durations
  • Book by barber, service and time slot
  • Before-and-after slider on the work itself
  • Reviews, hours, walk-in policy and directions

How it runs

Brief to live

Four stages, one call each. You always know what week you're in and what happens next.

01

Brief

Day 1

One call. What the business does, who walks in, and the single action the site has to produce. You get a written scope and a fixed price before anything starts.

02

Design

Days 2 – 6

I design the real pages with your real content — no lorem ipsum, no stock placeholders. You see the home page first and we settle the direction there.

03

Build

Week 2 – 3

The design gets built as a fast static site. Forms, bookings, menus and galleries get wired up and tested on a phone, a tablet and a laptop.

04

Launch

Launch week

Domain connected, analytics on, everything checked once more, and a short handover so you can update the content yourself. Then it's yours.

Straight
answers

Do I own the site?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the files are handed over at launch, and nothing is locked to a platform you have to keep renting.

What does it cost to run?

Hosting is $0–20 a month depending on the tier, and the domain is around $12 a year. There is no monthly fee to me unless you want one — that's the retainer, and it's optional.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. From the Business Site tier up, the content you'll actually change — menu items, events, listings, prices — is set up so you can edit it without touching code. The handover call walks you through it.

What if I need changes later?

Three revisions are included during the build. After launch, small changes are quoted per job, or folded into a monthly retainer if you'd rather not think about it.

How fast can it go live?

A landing page runs one to two weeks from brief. A business site, two to three. Premium Dynamic, three to four. Rush is possible — say so on the quote and I'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.

Are the demos real websites?

They are. Every demo on this page is a working site built the same way yours would be — the menus filter, the forms submit, the booking flow completes. The businesses are invented; the builds aren't.
